What’s CMYK ?
CMYK,we call “4 color printing “. CMYK use 4 different color inks-Cyan ,Magenta,Yellow and Black-overlapping each other to achieve the full color spectrum.To print any multicolor image the same flour color inks are used .The press runs 4 times to apply each ink individually .
What’s Spot Printing?
Spot printing uses pre-mixed inks before final printing .Each color will be printed on the fixed part and then mixed .
To save money, the spot color should be evaluated to see how it will look if printed in CMYK ,it require you to provide patone codes .
What’s Difference of CMYK Printing&Spot printing
CMYK can be printed thousands of colors but spot print not over 3 colors .
CMYK printing is cheaper than Spot color , but Spot printing has better quality .
